De saus heeft geen vlees nodig, maar ik at &#8216;m luxe met varkenshaas en kippendijen passen ook heel goed erbij.<\/p>\n<p>2 flinke porties saus<br \/>\nkosten \u20ac 2,50<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>scheut vloeibare margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 ui, gesnipperd<\/li>\n<li>250 gram kastanjechampignons, in vieren of dikke plakjes<\/li>\n<li>2 bosuitjes<\/li>\n<li>3 takjes verse tijm en een klein takje verse rozemarijn (of gedroogd, kan ook)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 bouillonblokje<\/li>\n<li>beker cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche 200 ml<\/li>\n<li>zout &amp; peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Bereiden:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>als je vlees erbij eet, dan bak je eerst het vlees en gebruik je het bakvet van het vlees voor de champignons, maar anders:<\/li>\n<li>doe een scheut margarine in een bakpan<\/li>\n<li>doe de gesnipperde ui er in en bak tot de ui glazig is op middelhoog vuur<\/li>\n<li>doe dan de champignons erbij en zet het vuur wat hoger<\/li>\n<li>doe ook de tijm en rozemarijn erbij en bestrooi met wat zout en royaal peper<\/li>\n<li>bak de champignons tot ze mooi bruin zijn, het kan zijn dat ze eerst water loslaten, maar dat komt als je door bakt weer goed<\/li>\n<li>snijd ondertussen de bosuitjes in ringen en voeg toe als de champignons mooi bruin zijn<\/li>\n<li>verkruimel een kwart van een bouillonblokje boven de champignons<\/li>\n<li>voeg de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche toe en roer en warm goed door<\/li>\n<li>als je de saus iets dunner wilt, dan doe je er een lepel water bij.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ondertussen kook je pasta gaar of maak je wat je er bij wil eten.<\/p>\n<p>Als je er vlees bij eet, dan laat je het vlees na het braden een paar minuten warmen in de champignonsaus totdat het weer warm is.
