Comfortfood to the max.<br \/>\n2 porties (makkelijk te verminderen en te vermeerderen)<br \/>\nkosten \u20ac 4,- ongeveer totaal<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; scheut vloeibare margarine<br \/>\n&#8211; zak van 500 \u00e1 700 gram geschilde kruimige aardappelen of stamppot-aardappelen of een gelijke hoeveelheid aan aardappelpuree uit een zakje of natuurlijk aardappelen die je zelf schilt<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 gram fijngesneden andijvie<br \/>\n&#8211; optioneel: 150 gram gerookte spekreepjes<br \/>\n&#8211; een scheut melk of room (optioneel)<br \/>\n&#8211; flinke eetlepel boter (niet optioneel)<br \/>\n&#8211; een eigeel (optioneel)<br \/>\n&#8211; peper en zout<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Bereiden:<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; laat iemand de aardappelen schillen en in niet te grote stukken snijden of maak de zak geschilde aardappelen open, zet de aardappelen op in water met zout en laat zachtjes koken tot gaar<br \/>\n&#8211; doe in een kleine koekenpan een scheut margarine en bak de spekjes bruin, zet dan het vuur uit<br \/>\n&#8211; als de aardappelen gaar zijn, dan giet je ze af en laat je ze goed uitstomen op een mini-vuurtje., schudden tot het vocht verdampt is, dat zie je doordat er drogere randjes komen<br \/>\n&#8211; stamp de aardappelen, voeg een scheut melk toe, de klont boter en het eigeel en stamp of roer door elkaar, voeg zout toe<br \/>\n&#8211; roer er de fijngesneden andijvie door en voeg de spekjes toe met een beetje vet uit de pan<\/p>\n<p>Ik at er gebakken geitenkaasjes in spek bij, was erg lekker.
