{"id":31,"date":"2019-01-21T22:33:59","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T21:33:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nietweerpizza.nl\/blog\/?p=31"},"modified":"2019-01-24T21:02:33","modified_gmt":"2019-01-24T20:02:33","slug":"spaghetti-met-rode-gehaktsaus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nietweerpizza.nl\/?p=31","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti met rode gehaktsaus"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-blogger-escaped-style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\">\n<p>Spaghetti met rode\u00a0gehaktsaus<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2 ruime porties<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Scheut olie of vloeibare margarine<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Scheut sesamolie (koop een klein flesje bij AH, is superlekkere smaakmaker)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>250 gram gehakt (rundergehakt of half om half)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1 grote of 2 kleine uien<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Klein teentje geperste knoflook of theelepel knoflookpoeder<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Theelepel sambal, naar smaak<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1 paprika, rood of geel in stukjes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2 stengels bleekselderij (optioneel) geschild of draden eraf in boogjes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kleine prei of 2 bosuitjes (optioneel) in dunne ringen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Bakje champignons (optioneel) in beetje olie of margarine apart gebakken<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Scheut worcestersaus<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Scheut maggi<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>500 grams pak passata di pommodori (goedkoopste merk)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Peper en zout<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>200 gram spaghetti (minder als je niet een grote eter bent of niet van restjes houdt)<\/p>\n<p>Geraspte parmezaanse kaas naar smaak<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Bereiden:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Scheut olie of margarine en de scheut sesamolie in een braadpan doen. Goed warm laten worden. Dan, gehakt erbij en met spatel rul en bruin bakken, worcestersaus en maggi erbij. Dan schep je het gehakt uit de pan op een bord of schaal. Bak de ui in het achtergebleven vet, voeg knoflook toe en doe de sambal erbij.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>De paprika en eventueel overige groenten toevoegen (behalve de champignons) doen en bakken tot bijna gaar. Het gehakt erbij, met de vleessappen en de champigons. Kwartier laten sudderen.
