Er is nu zoveel; aardbeien, wilde perziken, frambozen, nectarines, meloen, kersen, teveel om op te noemen. En je kunt natuurlijk kant en klare fruitsalade in een plastic bakje kopen, maar zelfgemaakt is goedkoper (zeker als je meer porties maakt) en veel lekkerder. Erbij een flinke dot Griekse yoghurt met munt. Je kunt de munt ook vervangen door een lepel limoensap en rasp, dat is lekker fris.<\/p>\n<p>Een beter begin van de ochtend is er niet!<\/p>\n<p>Combineer bijvoorbeeld dit voor 2 porties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 nectarine<\/li>\n<li>3 wilde perziken of 2 gewone perziken<\/li>\n<li>1 sinaasappel<\/li>\n<li>1 passievrucht<\/li>\n<li>10 frambozen<\/li>\n<li>150 \u00e1 200 ml Griekse yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>12 blaadjes munt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereiden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>doe de yoghurt in een kommetje<\/li>\n<li>rol 6 blaadjes munt met elkaar op en snijd in hele dunne reepjes, snijd deze nog een keer door midden<\/li>\n<li>roer de munt door de yoghurt en zet aan de kant<\/li>\n<li>was het fruit, doe dat heel voorzichtig bij de frambozen<\/li>\n<li>pak een kom en schil de sinaasappel dik boven de kom zodat de schil, ook de witte, er vanaf is en het sap in de kom drupt<\/li>\n<li>snijd dan partjes sinaasappel tussen de vliesjes, snijd deze nog eens midden door<\/li>\n<li>snijd de perziken en nectarine in stukjes, je kunt van de perziken\u00a0de schil verwijderen, maar dat hoeft niet<\/li>\n<li>lepel de passievrucht uit boven de kom en lepel door het fruit<\/li>\n<li>dan pak je nog een kom en schep je de helft over (tenzij je alles voor jezelf houdt)<\/li>\n<li>als laatste verdeel je de frambozen erover<\/li>\n<li>nu nog een dot van de yoghurt met munt er op, garneer met wat blaadjes munt en een framboos en genieten maar!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je kunt natuurlijk elk fruit waar je van houdt gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Eet lekker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Fruitsalade met yoghurt en munt Het is d\u00e9 periode om te genieten van vers fruit.
