Halloumi is kaas die in vorm blijft als je het bakt. We kruiden de halloumi met kerrie, ik nam Vadouvan, dat maakt \u2018m wat pittiger.<\/p>\n<p>Voor 2 ruime porties of 3 als iemand onverwacht aanschuift.<\/p>\n<p>Kosten \u20ac 6,00 bij de supermarkt.<\/p>\n<p>Halloumi is bij de supermarkt best prijzig, ga vooral naar een Turkse winkel daarvoor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 \u00e1 500 gram zoete aardappelen<\/li>\n<li>400 \u00e1 500 gram broccoli<\/li>\n<li>scheut vloeibare margarine of zonnebloemolie<\/li>\n<li>200 gram halloumi<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e1 3 theelepels kerrie (bijv. Vadouvan)<\/li>\n<li>2 bosuitjes in ringen<\/li>\n<li>1 groentebouillonblokje<\/li>\n<li>1 kop heet water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Bereiden:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>schil de zoete aardappelen en snijd ze in de lengte in vieren en dan in plakken van 1 1\/2 \u00e1 2 centimeter<\/li>\n<li>doe de zoete aardappelen in een pan met heet water en zet op het vuur met wat zout<\/li>\n<li>was de broccoli en snijd de stronk er af, niet weggooien, maar schillen en in plakjes bij de zoete aardappelen in de pan doen, kook dit 10 minuten<\/li>\n<li>de rest van de broccoli verdeel je in roosjes<\/li>\n<li>snijd de halloumi in blokjes en bestuif de blokjes met kerrie<\/li>\n<li>verwarm in een braadpan of wok een scheut olie of margarine en bak hierin in 3 minuten de halloumi blokjes bruin<\/li>\n<li>haal de halloumi uit de pan en zet apart<\/li>\n<li>maak de braadpan of wok niet schoon, maar doe een nieuw scheutje olie of margarine in de pan en roerbak de broccoliroosjes een paar minuten<\/li>\n<li>voeg het water en het bouillonblokje toe en doe een deksel op de pan en stoof 5\u00a0minuten<\/li>\n<li>prik in de zoete aardappel om te zien of deze gaar is, zo ja dan giet je ze af in een vergiet en doe je de zoete aardappelen met de plakjes broccolistronk terug in de pan om uit te stomen<\/li>\n<li>stamp de zoete aardappelen met een stamper fijn, doe de inmiddels gare broccoliroosjes erbij en roer deze erdoor, stamp niet fijn, de broccoli mag wat grof blijven<\/li>\n<li>dan de ringetjes bosui erdoor en klaar is je stamppotje<\/li>\n<li>in de braadpan of wok warmde ik snel de halloumi nog even op en verdeelde die over de stamppot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eet lekker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Stamppotje van zoete aardappel, broccoli en halloumi Dit stamppotje is lekker en vegetarisch.
