Gebruik groenten die je nog hebt, zo kun je de sperziebonen ook vervangen door (Chinese) kool of prei.<\/p>\n<p>Voor twee ruime porties, kosten<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>scheutje olie of vloeibare margarine<\/li>\n<li>200 gram kipfilet in repen gesneden of blokjes dat kan ook<\/li>\n<li>een flinke eetlepel tandooripasta (ik gebruik het merk Patak\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels yoghurt, liefst volle yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 ui<\/li>\n<li>1 paprika<\/li>\n<li>200 gram sperziebonen, vers, diepvries (of een potje)<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>150 gram rijst<\/li>\n<li>peper en zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereiden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>meng de tandooripasta met de yoghurt in een schaaltje<\/li>\n<li>doe de kipreepjes erbij en roer tot de kipreepjes bedekt zijn met een laagje<\/li>\n<li>laat een minuut of tien marineren<\/li>\n<li>zet een pan met heet water op voor de rijst, als het water kookt dan doe je de rijst erbij en kook je deze volgens de verpakking<\/li>\n<li>snipper ondertussen de ui en snijd\u00a0de paprika in reepjes<\/li>\n<li>als je verse sperziebonen gebruikt, snij dan de puntjes er af en kook ze een paar minuten voor in kokend water, als je bevroren sperziebonen of een potje gebruikt, dan hoeft dat niet<\/li>\n<li>doe dan een scheutje olie in een braadpan en bak de reepjes kip erin op middelhoog vuur<\/li>\n<li>voeg de ui toe en de paprika en bak even mee<\/li>\n<li>als er nog wat van het tandoori-yoghurtmengsel in het schaaltje is dan doe je dat bij het vlees in de pan<\/li>\n<li>doe de uitgelekte sperziebonen bij het vlees, samen met de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en laat een minuut of vijf zachtjes sudderen<\/li>\n<li>breng op smaak met peper en zout<\/li>\n<li>de rijst is vast ook al klaar, doe op je bord en dan wat van de kiptandoori er over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eet lekker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Kiptandoori met rijst Dit is zo\u2019n recept dat tijdens het koken ontstaat en dan ineens favoriet is.
