De kruidige bloemkool past super bij de zoete aardappel, ui en paprika. Ik deed er kip bij, maar dat kan ook (vegetarische) chorizoworst zijn, of halloumikaas of wat je in huis hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Voor 4 porties (gemakkelijk te vermeerderen of verminderen) en de kosten zijn \u20ac 9,00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bloemkool, in roosjes verdeeld<\/li>\n<li>700 gram zoete aardappel, geschild en in blokjes van 3 centimeter<\/li>\n<li>2 (rode) uien in partjes<\/li>\n<li>1 puntpaprika of 4 kleine puntpaprika&#8217;s in ringen van 2 centimeter breed<\/li>\n<li>4 gekruide kippendijen of kipkarbonades, als je ongekruide hebt dan bestrooi je ze royaal met paprikapoeder, wat peper en zout. Je kunt ook een vega-variant nemen in plaats van kip<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels van een kerriemengsel, ik had Vadouvan<\/li>\n<li>4 eetlepels zonnebloemolie, arachideolie of milde olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>wat zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereiden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden hetelucht of 200 graden voor gewoon elektrisch<\/li>\n<li>neem een bakplaat of braadslee en vet &#8216;m lichtjes in met een beetje olie<\/li>\n<li>doe de kerrie in een grote kom en meng met 4 eetlepels van de olie<\/li>\n<li>doe de bloemkoolroosjes erbij en meng ze door de olie totdat de bloemkoolroosjes zo goed als bedekt zijn<\/li>\n<li>verdeel de roosjes over de bakplaat, doe dat ook met de zoete aardappel, ui-partjes en paprika<\/li>\n<li>druppel er nog een eetlepel olie over<\/li>\n<li>leg de stukken kip op de groenten<\/li>\n<li>zet 45 minuten in de oven, na 30 minuten schep je de groenten om en draai je de stukken kip<\/li>\n<li>check na 45 minuten of alles gaar is, als je in de kip prikt moet er heldere jus uitkomen, zet anders nog 15 minuten terug in de oven<\/li>\n<li>proef of de traybake op smaak is, doe er anders nog wat zout bij.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eet lekker!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Bakplaat vol lekkers: bloemkool, zoete aardappel en kip Deze traybake is zo goed geworden.
